We are a Skype Prime Provider. That means we can immediately assist you with your English/French translation need through Skype voice and video calls.
How does it work?
When you call us (you must have version 3.1 of Skype at least), we can initiate what is called a “payment request”. That is, all calls start as free, but we can then switch to the paid calling, charging by the minute. The call then proceeds as a paid Skype Prime call and your Skype Credit is deducted by the appropriate amount that then goes to our account.
To contact us, just click on the Skype button below if it reads "I'm online". You will first explain your need and that is free. If we find we can help you, our paying service will be offered to you in Skype. You will have the choice to accept or decline it. If you accept, the cost per minute will be 0.90 € per minute.
